Product Description
Model number PC5300L. Serial Number#103029. 220 Volts. 1Phase. Made in Italy by FAI PACK.
The machine has been designed to wrap loose, individual or groups of products using single fold heat shrink film.
It was made in Italy by FAI PACK. Model number PC5300L. Serial Number#103029. 220 Volts. 1Phase.
This machine folds the film around the product, feeds this into the sealing area - seals the top, side and bottom and cuts off the excess. The excess is then rolled onto the scrap wheel and out of the way of the operations. The machine perforates the film for heated air escape and the wrapped product feeds into the heat tunnel where the shrinking occurs.
This machine has an infeed conveyor with material guides and variable speed control. The infeed table adjusts back and forth for different size products.
The conveyor measures 13 3/4" wide X 28" long.
The machine has vertical and horizontal photocells.
Temperature control and time settings for both the front and side sealing bars. Automatic or manual seal.
The heat tunnel conveyor is 14 1/2 inches wide. It has temperature control - including "off" for products not requiring heat or shrinking.
The machine originally cost $25,000 new. I estimate the unit to be about 6-7 years old.
We have the operator's manual and the electrical schematics manual.
