Rennco Bagging Machine

Rennco Bagging Machine- Model# 201 Serial# G8101164F- Also called a
Rennco Vertical L-Bar sealer. Rennco has been the industry leader for
30 years. We use these machines to bag products that are difficult to
send through our "horizontal" heat sealers - either the products were
too light or an odd shape or we needed multiple items in the bag. The
film travels vertically through the packager. These machines are fast!
You can expect 25-30 packages per minute. You can set it in automatic
mode (where a photo eye is the "switch" ) or semiautomatic where you
touch a putton when you are ready to seal. The sealed product drops
into a box underneath the machine. Some people use conveyers to bring
the product up from underneath. I believe you can use polyethylene,
polyolefin, or PVC centerfolded roll stock. The Model 201 Sealer
benefits customers with its small footprint, only 2.5' x 2.5', and its
dependable packaging efficiency. You can package potatoes, broccoli,
nuts and bolts, jewel cases, whatever. This has been a terrific machine
for us but we have 4 others and don't need them all. Package size is 2"
x 2" - 8" x 10." 120 volt, 1 Phase, 60 Hz, 8 - 14 amps, 12 CFM at 80
PSI.
